Curdling Naturally

The fresh milk is set in earthen pots, allowing it to ferment into curd slowly, just as our ancestors did.

The curd is then hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method, separating the butter without any machinery.

Originating from the Kankrej region of Gujarat, these gentle giants are known for their resilience, strength, and rich, creamy milk. For generations, they’ve been a part of village life, a bond that’s more than just practical, it’s personal.
