International Shipping (3-day worldwide delivery)
We accept payments in 52 international currencies and do international shipping via our trusted partner DHL. You can add items to cart and proceed to checkout. Our system will auto-calculate rates for you based on the shipping address.
If you wish to manually place an order, please share the items you’d like to order, your email ID, and complete address to info@gwalika.com.

Currently, we are successfully shipping to UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and many more — except EUROPE.
Domestic Shipping
We deliver to 20,000+ pin codes across India through our trusted delivery partners FedEx & Delhivery.
Free Shipping
Please note that any free shipping policy (if applicable) is valid within India only.
Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only within India. On demand from many first-time customers, Gwalika.in has introduced the Cash on Delivery service.
You can simply select the Cash On Delivery option while checking out.
Please note: Partial payments made will not be refunded if the order has been shipped and later cancelled by the buyer.
Customs & Duties – For International Orders
Customs and duties (if any) are charges that may be levied by the customs officials of the destination country. All such charges (if any) are to be borne by the receiver.
Customs clearance (if any) is the buyer's responsibility. We cooperate fully for all shipments.
99.9% of our international parcels reach customers without any issues. Any returns will attract restocking & shipping fees.
Shipping & Stock Information
- All orders received before 12 PM are shipped the same day.
- All orders are shipped securely and generally delivered within 3–5 working days.
- On rare occasions, shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
- 99% of shipments are delivered on time.
A complete postal address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number, is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
- If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
- If some items are not in stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days of order placement. You will be kept informed.
Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or transport issues.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive:

- SMS updates on key delivery stages
